Listening to Anthony Robbins, Unleash the Power Within on my iPod yesterday, Anthony states if you only change your direction in life by 10% it doesn’t seem much in the short term.  If you continue it over a long period of time it can create dramatic change. For example, losing one pound for one week doesn’t seem like a physical break-through, but losing one pound every week for a year, now that’s progress.

Find your biggest goal, start with the small change and keep changing until you realize your goal.

For the next 30 days, do one thing that moves you towards your goal each day, you’ll never have to be fearful again.
